Mixed media with watercolour, pencil, gesso, irridiscent medium. Framed dimensions: 48cm (W) x 55cm (H) x 1.5cm (D). Gold frame with double mat: purple and white. The song 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' is the inspiration for this work. We often feel like we would like some time away from the real world and escape to that fabled imaginary realm where happy little blue birds fly.
